Filishin LLC is an Armenian construction company founded in 2005 by Suren Hakobyan. From a Yerevan contractor it has grown into one of the country's most trusted builders — completing construction, reconstruction and development across the most demanding sectors.
The portfolio spans public and institutional buildings, educational facilities, commercial projects, hospitality developments and residential construction — with a project history across Yerevan, Dilijan, Sevan, Vanadzor, Armavir, Kapan and beyond.
Every project draws on a single integrated capability: our own aggregate operations in the Dilijan region and concrete and asphalt production in Balahovit — control from the quarry to the final finish.
